In mid-May, the project kicked off with a successful pilot installation at our customer, Dömer GmbH in Lennestadt. Just a few weeks later, the next crucial step followed: Last week, 35 machines were successfully connected to our MES Software EMC. Effective immediately, the system is collecting operational and machine data in real time, thereby laying the foundation for maximum transparency, optimized lead times, and even more efficient production.
Strong on-site commitment to ensure smooth operations
With a transition of this magnitude, it’s not just the software that matters—it’s the on-site support above all else. Our IT expert was on-site in Lennestadt throughout the entire installation phase. This allowed us to ensure that the integration of all 35 machines went smoothly, that they worked seamlessly with existing processes, and that the team’s questions were answered immediately.
Unparalleled precision in punching, bending, and forming technology
Dömer GmbH, based in Lennestadt, manufactures complex components and assemblies for demanding industries such as the automotive industry, building services engineering, and railway technology. With a modern machine park—ranging from transfer presses and precision punching to automated welding and punching-bending technology, Dömer is committed to the highest manufacturing quality. We are therefore all the more pleased to connect these state-of-the-art systems even more intelligently using EMC.
Thank you very much for the great collaboration!
A project of this scale can only be carried out with a strong team. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone at Dömer GmbH for their outstanding dedication, trust, and collaborative partnership on-site.
We look forward to our continued collaboration.
