Successful launch of digital manufacturing at the SPRINTEC Group
Since the beginning of the year, the SPRINGTEC Group has successfully started to digitalize the production of its group of companies for springs, stamped and bent parts. With iT Engineering Manufacturing Solutions GmbH, the company is relying on a specialist for digital manufacturing that is well-known in the industry.
“We opted for the MES Software EMC when it came to digitalization. This will enable us to reliably and quickly create transparency and deliver accurate key figures for the more than 140 modern production machines in our four companies,” say Managing Directors Knut Schuster and Christoph Nüsken.
The kick-off was Springtec Innology GmbH and has already been successfully implemented. The next three companies (Springtec C.W. Hanebeck Söhne GmbH, Springtec Schrimpf & Schöneberg GmbH & Co. KG and Springtec Friedhelm Nüsken GmbH) are set to follow in the first half of 2025.
