The digital factory with EMC at the trade fair Blechexpo 2025 in Stuttgart

Blechexpo 2025, the leading trade fair for sheet metal working, joining technology, surface technology, and industrial lightweight construction, took place in Stuttgart between October 21 and 24, 2025. Suppliers and manufacturers, machine builders, system providers, and users meet here on an international stage to present the latest technologies, trends, and solutions and to exchange ideas about developments in the forming industry.

As an exhibitor on site, we once again had the opportunity to show our solutions related to the MES Software EMC in direct exchange with visitors and to gather valuable feedback. Not only in terms of technical details, but also with regard to market needs and industry-specific requirements. To this end, we held numerous discussions with customers, interested parties, and industry colleagues on the feasibility of digital solutions in different manufacturing environments. Many visitors were impressed by the user-friendliness and scope of our modules.

Our highlights at the trade fair Blechexpo 2025 in Stuttgart

Together with our mascot, the ever-cheerful mechanic Bert, we presented how we are paving the way to the digital factory with our MES Software EMC at our booth (Hall 6, Booth 6423). A key highlight was digital tool maintenance:

  • Start the maintenance process directly on the tool using a QR code
  • Checklists can be completed digitally, commented on, and supplemented with images
  • A digital life cycle card documents service life, spare parts used, and repairs
  • The result: longer machine running times, fewer unplanned downtimes, and an optimized flow of information between production and toolmaking

We also showcased other key areas:

  • Consistent digitization and recording of machine data without media breaks
  • Digital shop floor management with dashboards
  • Efficient resource management & production controlling
  • Targeted planning of machine utilization with navigation
  • Paperless production thanks to digital provision of all documents and information
  • Interlinked intralogistics and traceability

Conclusion & Outlook

The trade fair Blechexpo 2025 in Stuttgart has shown once again that the metal forming industry is in the midst of a digital transformation process. Anyone who wants to remain competitive in the future must integrate manufacturing, maintenance, planning, and control. And this must be based on reliable data.

The trade fair was a complete success for us. The enthusiastic response to our solutions confirms that we are on the right track. At the same time, we gained important insights directly from the industry.

We would like to take this opportunity to say a heartfelt THANK YOU

  • for every single visit to our booth
  • for the many great conversations with new and existing contacts
  • for the consistently positive feedback on the digital factory with our MES software EMC
  • to our mechanic Bert, who put a smile on the faces of many visitors
  • and for the once again very professional organization of the trade fair
