Our top topic for wire 2026

From hidden knowledge to measurable performance:
Wire 2026 will take place in Düsseldorf from April 13 to 17, 2026. Of course, we will be there again as exhibitors. This time with our own booth no. 16H27 in hall 16.

Leading by key performance indicators

Most companies react instead of acting. When problems arise in production, they resort to “firefighting.” This results in a loss of time, money, and, often more importantly, process stability. Yet the answers are usually right in front of your eyes:
in your shop floor data.

At our booth, we will show you how our MES Software EMC can turn your shop floor KPIs into your most valuable production resource.

Start of our information series

To get you in the mood for our top topic, we will be presenting this hidden knowledge to you in blog posts over the coming weeks. You can find more information here:

There you will also find the first topic in the information series, which deals with the differences between the key performance indicator languages used in controlling and process control.

While monthly, aggregated reports from the ERP system are considered gospel in the office, real time is what matters on the shop floor. If management determines that the OEE was too low in the previous month, this is purely a performance review, not active control. The causes of downtime or quality losses have long since disappeared into the noise of the past. Without a digital bridge, decisions remain dependent on individuals, and measures almost always come too late.

If your shop floor knows more than your ERP, it is because it thinks in terms of production cycles, while the ERP sets the pace for the entire organization.

We look forward to seeing you at our new booth no. 16H27 in hall 16 and to exciting discussions about the power of shop floor KPIs and the digital factory with our MES Software EMC.
