14th Stamping Congress 2024 in Dortmund

This year’s Stamping Congress 2024 took place in Dortmund’s Westfalenhallen on April 8 and 9, 2024. We were, of course, once again present at Europe’s leading industry event with our stand in the trade exhibition.

The varied program of the two-day congress this year included the following topics, among others

  • Green Production – The tension between political targets and real production requirements
  • Connected Processes – Automation solutions: Mold to periphery
  • Intelligent tool concepts – standardization to active tool control

With our MES Software EMC, we offer the right solutions for this. Be it in the area of energy management with the recording of relevant energy values and the creation of meaningful energy indicators or with our congress highlight, digital tool maintenance.

With the help of our EMC Maintenance module, tool maintenance, repairs and servicing, including all components and spare parts used, can be neatly scheduled, carried out and documented in the digital life cycle map both manually and according to individually predefined maintenance cycles. This enables high technical availability of machines, tools and peripherals.

Thanks to the smart networking of tool maintenance with planning and production, the planner also knows the current tool status at all times. Upcoming maintenance and current repairs are automatically integrated into detailed planning, ensuring realistic and smooth production processes.

Toolmaking also benefits: Toolmaking is continuously informed from the planning when which tool is needed and what maintenance is due.

So there are many reasons to opt for the digital factory today rather than tomorrow. iT Engineering Manufacturing Solutions will be happy to support you in successfully implementing digital production in your stamping factory. Please get in touch with us.
