Always looking to the future – with Smart Wire Factory and EMC MES Software!
From 24 to 26 May 2023, the WAFIOS Innovation Days 2023 took place in Reutlingen. In addition to the numerous machines for wire, tube and co. of the internationally renowned WAFIOS AG, we from iT Engineering Manufacturing Solutions GmbH were again present at the in-house event as a long-standing partner.
Among other things, we showed visitors at our booth how the smart networked wire factory of tomorrow works and how our smart MES Software EMC brings transparency to your shopfloor. It supports you in sustainably increasing productivity and offers flexible planning of machine assignment. In addition, it enables you to achieve virtually paperless manufacturing through the use and development of innovative modules. With our EMC KnowledgeBase module, for example, you can easily display, share, and add information and documents digitally directly on the shopfloor.
