We visit you

Due to our manufacturing know-how, we know your processes or are quickly able to anticipate your processes. We show you how the information flow runs on the one hand from machine and plants of different manufacturers and ages and on the other hand to the superordinate ERP.

We consult you

… according to your individual requirements via our modular MES Software EMC as well as the ideal hardware components (IoT hardware, MES terminal, MES tablets and OPC/UA server). We show you how the machine data is easily recorded for different types of machines.

The Kick-Off

For a smooth, rapid system implementation, we work with your employees to determine all the “data” for the implementation, advise on how the IoT hardware is integrated into the machines, and discuss bidirectional data exchange with the ERP system.

The implementation

You receive the pre-configured IoT hardware and the MES terminals. Your IT staff integrates the hardware into the company network, the plant electrician integrates the IoT hardware into the machines. Remotely, we install and configure the modules of the MES Software EMC.

The Go-Live

Directly at your site, we check the complete system, from signal acquisition to data exchange with the ERP system. In addition, we train your employees for smooth handling and effective application.

The Roll-Out

Once the basis of the digital factory has been successfully implemented, it is rolled out to other machines and modules of the MES Software EMC. Of course, this is also possible at any time afterwards. Our modular software EMC can be extended and adapted to your needs.

Support in ongoing operation

Whether fine-tuning or company-specific adaptations to process flows – we will of course continue to support you during ongoing operation and will always be at your side to answer questions and solve problems.
