The EMC Chat module of the MES Software EMC facilitates communication and coordination between those involved in the process. Without having to leave the workplace, decisions made, important information or even last-minute changes can be communicated quickly and provide an enormous time advantage.

Save time with predefined messages

After selecting the user group, the employee has the option of selecting a predefined or their own message using the touch keyboard. This simplifies work processes in digital exchange in the long term. Important decisions can be made directly at the machine terminal on the shopfloor.

Communicate quickly and efficiently via EMC Chat

For example, if quality assurance approval is required, this can be sent directly to the terminal via the portal. Or if the fitter wants to ask the foreman about the material batch, he can simply do this via the terminal without leaving his workstation. The same applies to informing the warehouse that new containers are required.

The answer is sent directly to the employee. All users in the group are also informed.
