All information and instructions for maintenance available digitally
Last week we visited our customer, hapema GmbH in Engelsbrand near Pforzheim. Here we had the opportunity to shoot sample instruction videos for our maintenance module in order to integrate them into our software.
In addition to documents and photos, videos can also be added to the maintenance process. This allows individual maintenance steps and instructions to be brought to life visually. It also enables consistent maintenance quality and provides perfect support for every employee when carrying out maintenance on tools, machines or peripherals. And, of course, all of this is fully digital and available at any time, without workbooks and printouts.

At the upcoming Stanztec 2024 from June 25-27 in Pforzheim, you can also experience the digital maintenance process live at our booth A14 (large hall). We are very pleased that we will once again have a tool from hapema GmbH at our stand at this trade fair.
